Abide in His Love
Experience the Father's love, mercy and freeing power through a private prayer session. This bilingual ministry is available to all members of our parish community. Feel free to reach out to us for more information or to schedule a meeting with members of our trained team.

Altar Flowers
A dedicated group serving to beautify the church. Particular care is taken during the Easter and Christmas seasons. This ministry can be financially supported directly through envelope or online giving stewardship.

Altar Linen Services
Responsible for the preparation and care of the altar linens. This includes the washing and ironing of purificators and corporals.

Baptism Preparation
Preparing parents for the formation of their child’s faith.

Compass
Teach and practice a Catholic-based approach to personal finances, and to become life-long good stewards of God's financial gifts!

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion
Sometime incorrectly referred to as Eucharistic Ministers, serve the Body and Blood of Christ at Mass and to the sick and homebound. Per the Archdiocese of Miami, Individuals must be 18 years of age or older.

Finance Council
Advises the Pastor on financial matters of the parish. Responsible for monitoring all income, expenses, discussing upcoming capital projects and providing input for the annual budget. Members of this council are selected by the clergy.

Flower & Garden
A group of dedicated individuals giving of their time and talent to assist in the outside maintenance of the church. They are responsible for much of the landscaping around the Reflection Garden.

Lectors
Reader who proclaims the Word of God at Mass and other services. Must have a committment to continuous improvement and for preparing for their Mass during the week. Must be 15 years of age or older.

Liturgy of the Hours
A service of those attending morning prayer taking place after daily Mass. Abbreviated "Lauds," this tradition dates back to at least the 2nd Century.

Music Ministry (Adult & Youth)List Item 1
Join together in song under the talented direction of our Director of Liturgical Music. Attendance to required rehearsals and a committment to continuous improvement are critical to those serving. Opportunities for vocalists and musicians exist.
Youth Music Ministry serves at the Anticipated Sunday Mass at 5:00pm on Saturdays. Contact the Director of Liturgical Music for more information.

Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA)
The preparation of adult candidates for Catholic sacraments. Those serving aide those seeking to continue to grow in their faith through lessons and discussion. Must be 18 years of age or older.

Parish Evangelizing Cell Groups
One of the most powerful ways to evangelize and deepen one's relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ is by joining a small group that regularly engages in fellowship, prayer, Scripture reflection and evangelism. This principle is the foundation for Cell Groups, meeting in small groups at a person's home to grow in their faith and fellowship.
This ministry was brought into the Catholic Church in the United States by the late Rev. Msgr. Michel J. Eivers in 1983. Parish Cells were formally approved by the Vatican in 2015.

Religious Education
Serving as an educator of the faith as we prepare the youth for Catholic sacraments. Includes opportunities for Teachers and Assistants exist. Previous experience not required but strongly preferred.

Religious Education Security
Providing assistance to staff with security and traffic control for youth classes weeknights. This critical ministry occurs during Religious Education Classes and assists students when arriving or dismissing. Must be 18 years of age or older.

Rosario de la Aurora (Rosary of the Dawn)
A popular practice of piety where the Rosary is said at dawn, often including music. Occurs on the first Saturday of every month at 6:30am outside the church. Open to all members of the parish community, this devotion is primarily in Spanish.
Una práctica popular de piedad en la que se reza el Rosario al amanecer, a menudo con música. Se lleva a cabo el primer sábado de cada mes a las 6:30am afuera de la iglesia. Abierta a todos los miembros de la comunidad parroquial, esta devoción es principalmente en español.

Sacristans
Duties include preparing the altar for Mass and cleaning the altar following Mass. Arrival 45 minutes before a scheudled Mass and departure 20 minutes after are common. Individuals must be 18 years of age or older with a demonstrated history of service at the altar strongly preferred.

St. Paul's Offertory Counters
A group of dedicated men and woman who, weekly, give of their time in service to the parish as they meticulously count, recount and deposit all funds received in the weekly parish offertory. Individuals are requested to serve in this ministry.

Ushers
Dedicated men and woman serving with a kind demeanor. Assist people to their seat, be alert for special needs, help maintain interior safety and aide in maximizing seating capacity. They also take up the collection while assisting during Holy Communion and exiting.
