St. Edward Catholic Church reserves the right to use any photograph/videography taken on Church property or at any event sponsored by the Church, this includes liturgy, ministry gatherings, seminars, and socials, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph, including our children and youth. Photographs may be used in publications or other media material produced by St. Edward Church, not limited to newsletters, bulletins, and websites.
Any person desiring not to have their photo taken or distributed must contact the Parish office in writing of their intentions and include a photograph. The photo will be used for identification purposes and will be held in confidence by the Parish office. Any individual, organization or company wishing to engage in still photography, videotaping or filming for production, broadcast or public dissemination by any means on or in property owned by St. Edward Church, must obtain permission in advance from the pastor or the associate pastor.
